This project builds the capacity of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Public School System to design, implement, and support an accountability system that provides a basis for continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and increased learning and well-being for all students.

Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands: Career Pathways 
This project supports the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Public School System in implementing career pathways across the CNMI, thus meeting local industry needs as identified by education and workforce leaders.

Building Capacity for Continuity of Learning 

This project supports all the state educational agencies in the region—Guam Department of Education, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Public School System, Palau Ministry of Education, and the five Departments of Education within the Federated States of Micronesia—in building capacity to respond to disruptions, such as those caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, seasonal typhoons, regional disease outbreaks such as dengue fever, budget shortfalls, and other systemic stressors.

Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands: Supplemental Funding to Support American Rescue Plan-Outlying Area Plan Implementation

This project supports the Guam Department of Education and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Public School System in implementing and monitoring their American Rescue Plan-Outlying Area State Educational Agency Implementation Plans, thus building the SEAs’ capacity to sustain critical services beyond the end of this funding stream.
